European Film Academy Short Film Nominations

This programme includes the five nominations for the European Short Film for the The European Film Awards that took place in December 2022. They are all some of the most acclaimed multiple award winners from the last year. Last year, the Uppsala candidate Granny’s Sexual Life took home the award. The category European Short Film is organised by the European Film Academy in co-operation with a series of film festivals across Europe. Out of the complete list of 29 candidates, the participating festivals nominated five films for the European Film Awards.
