An industry based upon irregular, seasonal employment and working periods often creates a need for film professionals to have more than one job. Sometimes that means that you need to wear two hats at once. What are the advantages or disadvantages of working different positions in the industry? Are there any ethical issues involved?
We have invited representatives that have experience of changing hats on a daily basis, from festival programme to distributor to film critic.
