YOUNG 15-18 Years

This programme consists of some of the best films about and for a younger audience aged 15–18 years. The films have in common that they bring up important and sometimes tough subjects that many young people deal with in their everyday life. The programme works as well for a grown-up audience as it does for the younger audience. Entrance free of charge for school classes!

DREAM_primaryStill_01

DREAM

Inspired by Paul Éluard’s poem Homme Utile, DREAM is a magical, visually rich escape from reality. When the weight of the world becomes unbearable, a human creature drifts into a surreal dreamscape where colours bloom and logic fades. Accompanied by a group of strange and gentle animals — beings deemed “useless” in the real world — they wander through surrealistic landscapes, trippy environments, and colourful seas in search of stillness. What begins as an escape becomes a quiet exploration of freedom, rest, and the beauty found in simply being.
