Tartu 2024
Uppsala is applying to be the Cultural Capital of Europe in 2029. During the conference, we will focus on the role of project organisers within a cultural capital year by looking at our twin city Tartu, the cultural capital in 2024. The main focus will be the film project Wild South which resulted in eight documentaries about the region of Tartu. The conference is organised with support from Uppsala Municipality and the Estonian Film Institute.
