Pre-war Bosnia in 1983. An anonymous camera person films everyday life and people passing by. Some smile and say hello, others are camera shy. Suddenly an old man walks across the street with familiar steps. It is the narrator’s grandfather who died in the war. A tear in spacetime opens up and for a moment there is no separation between them, just a true image of her grandfather, re-membered.
